Last year, Russia missed Uzbekistan (99th), Indonesia (100th) and Tunisia (101st). The countries with the fastest mobile internet are the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Qatar and Kuwait.
For comparison, the average average access speed in the UAE is almost 325 Mbps, while in Russia it is just under 24 Mbps.
