Samsung’s 2024 flagship smartphone Galaxy S24 will receive four main cameras and a front camera. On this subject with reference to sources reports South Korean publication The Elec.
The main wide-angle module will receive a matrix with a resolution of 200 MP. It will be complemented by two “telephotos”: one with a resolution of 50 MP for three times optical zoom, the second with a resolution of 10 MP for five times zoom. The quad rear cameras are covered with a module with a 12 MP ultra wide-angle lens.
There will be a fifth camera, the front camera, in the “O”-shaped section of the screen on the front. The resolution of the sensor will be 12 MP.
Elec also shared his prediction regarding the supply of new Samsung flagships. By the end of 2024, the company plans to sell 35.2 million smartphones, of which 13.5 million are S24, 5.8 million are S24 Plus, S24 Ultra, that is, S24 Ultra will receive 45% of shipments. Throughout the entire series, the basic S24 will account for – 38%, while the S24 Plus will account for 16%.
The introduction of Samsung smartphones from the Galaxy S24 series is expected to take place on January 17, 2024.
