Some iPhone 15 Pro users are experiencing screen burn-in issues after just two weeks of use. In this respect reports version iPhones.ru.
The portal writes that one of its authors encountered a matrix defect. During the above-mentioned time period, an afterimage of the iOS keyboard appeared on the screen of the iPhone 15 Pro. It is reportedly visible from every angle.
“Nothing helps, and even now it will not help: if the screen is burned, then it is burned forever. And period,” writes iPhones.ru.
iPhone 15 Pro uses a 6.1-inch LTPO Super Retina XDR OLED matrix with a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, a resolution of 1179 x 2556 pixels and a backlight brightness of up to 2000 nits. Typically, the pixels of such displays burn out when viewing a static image for a long time. Manufacturers combat this problem by shifting images a few pixels at a time. Since the pixels on modern flagship screens are extremely small, this change cannot be seen with the naked eye.
iPhone 15 Pro was released on September 22, 2023. The price of the device starts from 1000 dollars (about 100 thousand rubles at the exchange rate of October 5, 2023).
