Russian State Social University (RGSU) developed and began testing the “We” social rating system. In this respect reports “Afisha Daily” publication.

The first users of the test version of the program were university students. “Afisha Daily” reported that the “We” system project was first presented to RGSU in 2022. According to the report published at the time, the final data will be presented in the form of a two-component scoring code that determines the person’s social status and social level.

“For example, 47–29. “Social status is a reflection of a person’s merits, and the social level is the digitization of his expectations,” the report said.

This code needs to be added to citizens’ personal data such as SNILS, TIN, passport and phone number.
