Ruselectronics holding, part of the state corporation Rostec, has presented a series of matrix photomodules based on silicon crystals for use in high-precision weapons. About reports TASS refers to the press service of Rostec.

A feature of the new photomodules is their low power consumption at 60 mV. The optical efficiency of the components is 400–900 nm. Secondly, it allows you to use it at any time of the day.

The resolution of the photomodules is 1280×1024 pixels. The modules can be used in video surveillance systems, scanning and targeting precision weapons as mentioned above.

“This is a new product made entirely from Russian components. Each module is a crystal on which a matrix of photosensitive elements, a 10-bit analog-to-digital converter and a signal generator controlled by a data transfer interface (SPI) are mounted,” explained Rostec.

The company promised that a miniature camera based on new components will be introduced by the end of 2023.

Previously in Russia developed Technology that allows simultaneous tracking of up to 500 thousand drones.
