Xiaomi announced significant changes in the release schedule of beta versions of MIUI firmware for a number of popular smartphones of its brands. In this respect reports IXBT portal.

According to the source, the company has stopped supporting flagship smartphones Xiaomi 11, 11 Pro, 11 Ultra, Redmi K40S and budget Redmi Note 11T Pro and 11T Pro+. These devices have stopped receiving beta versions of MIUI and as a result, new features will no longer appear on them. However, stable MIUI builds and updates will continue to be released.

At the same time, Xiaomi announced the termination of the release of beta versions of MIUI for the company’s current flagships, including Xiaomi 13, 13 Pro, 13 Ultra, Mix Fold 2, Fold 3, as well as Redmi K60 and K60 Pro. The firmware release will continue after MIUI Beta is transferred to Android 14.

MIUI is Xiaomi’s proprietary firmware based on the Android operating system for smartphones, tablets and other devices of the company. These software are divided into global, regional software such as Europe, Russia, Turkey, China and others.
