Xiaomi Founder and CEO Lei Jun announced The date of the next presentation on its pages at X (formerly Twitter), where the Xiaomi 13T smartphone series with Leica camera will be showcased.
The official presentation of the Xiaomi 13T and 13T Pro will take place on September 26 in Berlin. The novelty is expected to be the slightly modified Redmi K60 Ultra, which was previously introduced in China.
According to rumors, the Xiaomi 13T Pro will receive a 6.67-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1.5K and a refresh rate of 144Hz. The screen will have a maximum brightness of 2600 nits, which is 600 nits higher than the iPhone 14 Pro Max.
Dimensity 9200+ chip, 12 and 16 GB RAM, as well as 256, 512 GB and 1 TB internal storage will be responsible for the performance of the device. The main differences between the base Xiaomi 13T and the Pro version will be the use of the Full HD display and the flagship Dimensity 8200 Ultra chip.
Xiaomi 13T series devices will be the company’s first smartphones with MediaTek chip and Leica camera. The innovations are rewarded with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX707 main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), which will be complemented by an ultra-wide-angle module with a 13-megapixel resolution. The flagship model will also be able to offer a 50MP telephoto lens.
It is also known that the smartphones will receive a 5000 mAh battery with fast charging support and IP68 protection with a capacity of 67 and 120 W, respectively, on the 13T and 13T Pro.
Most likely, the Xiaomi 13T series will appear in Russia, but the cost of new products is still unknown.
