Sber’s press service reported that Sber has created a Hidden Talents project for students, where you can create a cover letter to respond to an internship or vacant position.
To compose a cover letter, the student must specify qualifications that will assist in their work. After that, AI will help translate it into the language of professional skills and automatically generate a cover letter.
“The first job is always difficult, so Sber supports students in this important step. We invite students who want to try themselves in real job duties and feel like part of a great team that is passionate about their job. It is very valuable for us that 70 percent of the interns choose to work at Sberbank,” said Natalya Dudina, Senior Vice President, Head of the People and Culture Block of Sberbank.
Sber is also opening the new season of Sberseasons internships starting September 1. Sber offers paid internships lasting from 3 to 6 months with participation in the work process from 20 to 40 hours per week. From the second year, full-time students can become Sber interns.
