Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun and Redmi brand leader Lu Weibing are testing the company’s first electric vehicle in Xinjiang. In this respect informs XiaomiUI portal.
It was recorded that four Xiaomi MS11 electric vehicles were seen on the roads of Xinjiang. On the same day, Jun and Weibing posted photos from the same area on their Weibo page. Netizens are sure that Xiaomi top executives are involved in testing their cars on the roads.
This is also indicated by a photo posted by Lei Jun where you can see several company executives at once, as well as a poster where you can see the Chinese word “electric car” according to XiaomiUI.
Almost two and a half years have passed since the announcement of Xiaomi, where Lei Jun officially announced the creation of a branded car. The full presentation of the Xiaomi MS11 electric car is expected in the first quarter of 2024.
