The American company Microsoft has released a new update for the Windows 11 operating system, which includes not only fixes for more than a hundred vulnerabilities, but also shortcomings that slow down users’ computers. It has been reported single radar.

For Windows 11 users, the most common complaints about the KB5028185 update are slow PC performance, internet connection failures, and login issues.

At the same time, users added that the update does not fix the already known issue of slowing down SSD drives.

“KB5028185 is garbage. After installing this update, my reboot and startup time increased significantly, the welcome screen hung for 17 seconds and did not exceed 4.5 seconds before,” one of the users wrote on the Reddit forum.

Another user reported that after installing the update, the operating system did not display the login panel, so he was unable to enter his username and password to log in to his computer.

As a workaround to the issues, TechRadar reporters suggested uninstalling the KB5028185 update.
