The detainees were two Samara residents, born in 2003, students of a local higher education institution. According to one of the youths, they took a taxi outside the city under an exaggerated excuse, where they planned to force the taxi driver to lend money, change the money and transfer the money to them. The taxi driver, barely freed from his hand, got out of the car and was stabbed during a brawl in the street.
