Elon Musk has apologized for comparing George Soros to X-Men series villain Magneto. The businessman wrote this in his official journal. Twitter account.

Under the post about Soros, Musk wrote, “I want to apologize for this post.” “It was unfair to Magneto,” the businessman said ironically.

Earlier this week, Elon Musk said that billionaire George Soros reminded him of Magneto, who, according to the comics, urged mutants to destroy humans. He added that to some, Soros may seem well-intentioned, but that this is not true.

“He wants to destroy the fabric of civilization. Soros hates humanity,” Musk said at the time.

Magneto is a comic book character published by Marvel Comics, the mortal enemy of Professor Charles Xavier and the X-Men team. In 2009, Magneto was number one on IGN’s “100 Greatest Comic Book Villains” list.
