A new company has appeared in Russia, connected with the Russian office of Nintendo and responsible for the official supply of the Japanese publisher’s games to the country. according to the newspaper “Kommersant”We are talking about Acivka LLC.

It is stated that the CEO and co-owner of Acivka is Yasha Haddazhi, head of Nintendo’s Russia division. The company has already begun to declare and organize the import of Nintendo products.

The Japanese company officially ceased its activities in Russia shortly after the start of the military operation, but did not disclose its plans to sell the enterprise. According to Kommersant, 80% of Acivka’s authorized capital is owned by Khaddazhi, 10% by Maria Sluginova and Ksenia Kachalova, Nintendo Corporate Events Manager in Russia.

According to the publication, a declaration for the import of various models of the Nintendo Switch game console was issued at the request of Acivka on March 30. At the same time, the document states that the declarant is authorized by Nintendo of Japan.

Anton Fomin, a business analyst at Marvel Distribution, is confident that Achievement only exists with the approval of Nintendo head office. “The emergence of Achivka could mean a resumption of business with the Russian market,” he concluded.
