“One of the proposals discussed in the State Duma today is the cancellation of Fan ID for children under the age of 14 and people with disabilities with mobility restrictions in the city,” said the parliamentarian.
He added that if the Ministry of Digital Development’s new proposals are approved, it will greatly facilitate the process of obtaining a “Fan ID” for people who for one reason or another are unable to visit the MFC on their own.
