According to available data, only users of paid Telegram Premium subscription will be able to launch a chatbot in messenger. The insider also showed some screenshots, one of which shows that ChatGPT Bot will be promoted as a Premium subscription exclusive feature.
Another screenshot shows the address of the bot that caused some users to find it on the Telegram test server. However, they failed to start and use GPTBot.
According to insider information, GPTBot will be available in the next Telegram update.
