According to the press service of Rosneft, the economic impact of the introduction of innovations at the RN-Purneftegaz company, which is part of the oil production complex of Rosneft, amounted to 3.8 billion rubles in five years. The company announced that in recent years, company employees have developed 166 projects aimed at improving technological processes, increasing operational performance and innovative development.
According to Takhmez Takhmezov, head of the scientific and technical development and innovations department of RN-Purneftegaz, every year the company develops and implements at least two dozen technological solutions that reduce costs and provide additional production.
“For example, the real impact of the introduction of innovations in 2022 exceeded 1 billion rubles,” said Takhmezov.
The representative of RN-Purneftegaz emphasized that the company has successfully adopted the experience of other Rosneft subsidiaries, in addition to developing its own ideas for improving technological processes.
“To date, we have brought more than 40 technological solutions of our colleagues into production. And in the reproduction of effective technological solutions, we occupy one of the leading positions in the company,” added the head of the division.
He also added that the company has created an information center that collects recommendations from employees to optimize and rationalize production processes.
Rosneft also reported that new technological solutions and advanced domestic equipment are constantly tested in the licensed areas of the enterprise, since all the developed sites have a complex geological structure.
In addition, RN-Purneftegaz has successfully applied the technology of thermal gas-dynamic stimulation of the formation, which makes it possible to restore well productivity. The use of domestic cup packers makes it possible to reduce, on average, the repair time of a hopper sixfold. This engineering solution reduces the mechanical impact on the walls of the production case, preventing its wear.
