On the Apple TV YouTube channel appeared The first trailer for the biopic “Tetris” starring Taron Egerton and Nikita Efremov.

In the film, British actor Taron Egerton played the American video game salesman Henk Rogers, while Nikita Efremov played Tetris creator Alexei Pajitnov. The film was directed by John S. Baird.

The film is based on a true story: Four years after the creation of the popular game, Pajitnov meets Rogers, who sees the potential in Tetris and wants to “promote” the game to the world.

Tetris will premiere on the Apple TV+ streaming platform on March 31. It has not yet been announced whether the film will be officially dubbed into Russian.

Nikita Efremov commented on the tape: “It’s about a story that no one knows, about a game that everyone knows.”
