According to Roskomnadzor’s idea, the service will work as a Downdetector – when users encounter a problem, they will be able to report it on the portal. According to Khutortsev, TsMU SSOP employees will check the issue, verify it, find out what it is connected with, including the center’s automated tools and information systems.
“Accordingly, the large number of users complaining of any issue will be a trigger for us to connect with it and take action with the telecom operators to resolve the issue. It also provided accurate feedback to users about the causes of the problem.”
