Authorized insider OnLeaks has released images of the upcoming budget smartphone Google Pixel 7a. informs Smartprix portal.
According to the source, the novelty will receive the same design as the base Pixel 7 model. In this case, the difference in size will be insignificant. Pixel 7a will get small bezels all around the screen and a high “chin”.
The volume buttons, power button, speaker grill, and USB Type-C port will retain their positions. Previously, it was believed that the smartphone will have a headphone jack, but the images show otherwise.
The Pixel 7a is expected to feature a 90Hz refresh rate display, a pair of Sony-made main cameras, and 5W wireless charging. The flagship Tensor G2 chip used in Pixel 7 and 7 Pro will be responsible for the performance of the budget device.
The Pixel 7a’s presentation date has not yet been announced. Rumor has it that the announcement of new items could take place in the first half of 2023.
