Independent studio OMYOG has released a new video for the upcoming Crysis-style survival shooter titled Project Woest. In the video, the authors demonstrated the in-game environment.
“A little taste of the coast of an island heavily inspired by Iceland”say the developers.

The action of the game, as you might guess, will take place on a tropical island where journalists-investigators have disappeared. The main character goes there for a distress signal, but discovers monsters and armed enemies. He must find out the truth about what is happening there.
Explore, survive, fight – in Project Ferocious you are all alone on a deadly island occupied by enemies. Using a video camera, the hero tries to uncover the truth, using a wide arsenal of weapons and tools to survive. Explore the island by descending steep cliffs, discovering underwater caves and trying to hide from the terrifying creatures that inhabit this lost world.says the description.
The developers’ features include photo-realistic graphics, an interactive world that will be interesting to explore, controlled vehicles, destructibility and a wide variety of weapons with the ability to upgrade.
An exact release date for Project Ferocious has not yet been announced. The project can be added to the wish list on Steam. You can watch the previous video of the game here.
