If you do not agree with the sentence, you will have an additional 10 days to appeal.
According to part 1 of art. 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Violations of the Russian Federation, if the fine is not paid on time, it is possible to double the amount, but not less than a thousand rubles, or administrative arrest for up to 15 days, or compulsory work for up to 50 hours, the lawyer told Prime agency Yakovlev & Partners Law Group Evgeny Ryzhkov.
If the protocol establishing a “fine for unpaid fine” has been drawn up and there is an administrative violation, then it is in any case necessary to reduce the repeated punishment to a fine.
The lawyer advises to come to court and present proof of payment, as well as information confirming the possibility of paying the fine (information on income, salary certificate, 2 personal income tax, etc.) and the impossibility of imposing a penalty in the form arrest or compulsory labor, as well as personality traits (all kinds of certificates, diplomas, medals, acknowledgments, references from work, etc.).
In most cases, after payment of the fine, you can send a receipt electronically through the official website of the traffic police.
In disputable cases, especially when it comes to a “fine for a fine”, after payment, you can personally provide the court or the official who made the decision with the original proof of payment.
