Since September 23, prices for games in rubles have disappeared from the Battle.net store. Now for players from Russia and Belarus the costs are shown in Euros. Note that prices in euros already appeared there in July, but that only applied to new games, while old ones could be bought for rubles.
BEE Diablo 3 and Diablo Immortal lost ruble price tags, although they stayed in StarCraft 2. But you can’t buy anything with this currency. And in the in-game store World of Warcraft no items available.
In addition, users from Russia and Belarus in WoW will no longer be able to purchase goods with the Battle.net wallet and replenish it with the “WoW Token”. They still have the option to purchase goods from other players or on third party sites.
Early this year, Blizzard announced the suspension of sales in Russia and Belarus due to sanctions. And after that, the company first banned Russians and Belarusians from participating in the beta Overwatch 2 and then the notification about it removed.
