Recently leaked GTA 6 has become one of the biggest leaks in the history of the industry. It caused massive damage to Rockstar – and the players themselves are largely to blame. Many were quick to criticize the early build for poor graphics, saying it’s the first thing the studios polish during development.
Some teams decided to debunk this myth by showing prototypes of their projects. For example chief designer Control Paul Ehreth posted a video with a very early version of the shooter. “Since graphics are the first to be completed in a video game and Control has received numerous awards for outstanding graphics, here are images from the beginning of development.he wrote on Twitter.

The developers also shared their prototypes uncharted 4, Cult of the Lamb and Sea of Thieves.



In summary, Paul Ehret advised players not to give much importance to prototypes.
The best thing to take away from all this nonsense is to realize that every game, no matter how good, looks like a piece of broken junk in the beginning. Only years of hard work in the team, creation and improvement – only this makes the game great.
