Krafton has unveiled a concept trailer for the Action RPG Project Windless. The project is based on the fantasy novel series The Bird That Drinks Tears. The developers call it “Korean The Witcher“.
The trailer was shot on Unreal Engine 5 and was inspired by the concept art the studio has been drawing over the past two years. It shows a warrior with an unusual sword that kills nagas. Judging by the description of the book, this is Kagan Draka, one of the heroes of the book cycle.
The Bird That Drinks Tears series is distinguished by Korean folklore. There are no elves and flying dragons, but there are nagas, giant beetles and other unusual creatures.
Project Windless doesn’t even have a rough release date yet.
