The second trailer Grand Theft Auto 6 still broke the record of the previous video. According to Rockstar, who shared official statistics with the Hollywood Reporter, the total video collected 475 million views.
The first trailer for the game collected 93 million views, but it was only placed on YouTube. The second trailer was also constructed on the social network X and on other platforms, so the number is much higher.
Rockstar already stuffed that this is the biggest launch of the video forever. For comparison, the Deadpool and Wolverine trailer collected 365 million views for the first day, and the trailer for the new “Fantastic Four” debuted with 200 million views.
The exit of the trailer also influenced the popularity of the song Hot Together The Pointer Sisters Group. So, the song has grown by 182,000%in recent days.
The release of the game is planned for 26 May 2026 for PS5 and Xbox series X/s. Previous enthusiasts compared the images in GTA 6, GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2.
