To the release Doom: The Dark Ages has only had two months left, in honor of which the developers shared new details. This time the ID software revealed the characteristics of the local arsenal and spoke about the Mini-Boss in the spirit of the Marster of Eternal.
In an interview with PC Gamer, the game director Hugo Martin and producer Marty Stratton influenced the appearance of a new enemy in Doom: The Dark Ages, who will be a real test for players.

We take into account everything you have done in the game until this moment. It’s like an exam, everything else is a check. When you reach the boss, this becomes a final exam.
Agadon’s hunter will be a kind of “new loot” with combo attacks that have to parry with a shield saw in the mind Sekiro: Shadows die twice. The most important difference with the predecessor is that the battle with the hunter will become intuitive. To beat him, you just have to remember your entire earlier experience from Doom: the dark centuries and full use.
The updated arsenal also becomes a “chip” dream: the dark centuries. Only a shotgun remained of the usual, the player will mainly have exotic weapons at their disposal. Most of them fall on, the “cranial crusher” is distinguished – a machine gun shooting fragments of skulls, which will increase the movement speed in the arena as fires.

You will receive an increase in speed and the fire speed will increase. That is, a heavy machine gun will turn you into something like a lightning that will be worn in the arena. This gives you an advantage in motion, but you need it, because it does not have a very large fire range.
Another remarkable example of the Arsenal edition: the dark centuries is the Railspic – something like a crossbow that opponents approaches the walls of railway stools.

Doom: The Dark Ages will be released on 15 May on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
Earlier ID software revealed the gameplay details of the new shooter. The executioner of the rock can throw a shield and the levels in the game become the biggest in the series.
