Tom Henderson wrote a note with details Beyond Good & Evil 2. According to an insider, Ubisoft has not given up on development – the last time about the long-suffering sequel was heard in 2019.

Henderson believes that B&G2 production has started up again – he recently saw new footage from testing, and now the game looks like “much more unfinishedthan in 2018.

It also became known about the character editor. Players can create their own character: for example a shark or a panda. In terms of gameplay, a Henderson source noted that the project “lack of direction‘ while another complained that ‘had no idea what he was doing during the game“.

However, development is going well and the release could be in a few years. Admittedly, Henderson isn’t sure if Beyond Good & Evil 2 will be showing up at the Ubisoft presentation in September. The enthusiast has transferred the world of The Lord of the Rings to Unreal Engine 5
