Consumer Electronics Show or CES is an exhibition dedicated to the latest computer technologies. It often shows future video cards, consoles and other devices used for games and more. In this article we have collected the most interesting things to see at CES in 2025.
New video cards from NVIDIA
The exhibition featured RTX 50 series video cards based on Blackwell RTX architecture:
- RTX 5070. Price – $549 (55,822 rubles). It will be available in February;
- RTX5070Ti. Price – $749 (76,158 rubles). On offer since February this year;
- RTX 5080. Price – $ 999 (101,578 rubles). Will be available for purchase from January 30th;
- RTX 5090. Price – $ 1999 (203,258 rubles). It will be available for purchase from January 30.
And the first laptops with these video cards will go on sale in March. NVIDIA president Jensen Huang said they are using neural display technology. Thanks to this you can take a step forward in terms of performance and image quality. Fifth generation tensor cores are used to work with artificial intelligence.

Each video card presented is twice as powerful as its 40 series counterpart. We are talking about comparisons of RTX 5070 and 4070, RTX 5080 and 4080, RTX 5090 and 4090. At the same time, in terms of performance, the RTX 5070 can be considered an analogue of the 4090.
One of the features of the 50 series is support for multi-generation frames. With its help you can increase the FPS value by 8 times. Granted, at the time video cards come out, only 75 games will support this technology, mostly new games like Indiana Jones and the Great Circle and Star Wars Outlaws.

We talked more about video cards in a separate article.
What brand of video card is in your computer?
DLSS 4 technology
The 4th version of Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS) has been released. Moreover, it is available not only on new video cards, but also on 40th, 30th and 20th series models. Using a transforming model with artificial intelligence, it was possible to increase the details during movement and the stability of the beam reconstruction, as well as improve frame generation.

Reflex 2 technology
The new version of Reflex will reduce the delay time between the user’s action and the game’s response to it. This is especially important in multiplayer shooters. Initially, the technology will only be available in The Finale, but she will appear later Valorant. They promise that the delay will decrease from 27 to 12 milliseconds. It is true that only owners of 50 series video cards can evaluate Reflex 2.

Advanced NPCs in games
NVIDIA ACE technology will make in-game characters much smarter. They will assess the situation and respond to the player’s actions, but at the same time maintain their behavioral features, which the script provides. This will make the world more realistic. It is known that such NPCs will appear in the life simulator inZOI. It’s called “The Sims of the Next Generation.”

In addition, new artificial intelligence will be used to authenticate the behavior of your opponents. They will be able to adapt to the player’s tactics and develop their own strategy to achieve the goal. You meet bots with new AI in them PUBG: Battlegrounds and PC versions Naraka: Bladepoint. They will also be added to Dead Meat and MIR5 upon release.

Project figures
A personal supercomputer based on a Grace Blackwell chip, which is designed to work with artificial intelligence. It is primarily aimed at programmers who work with AI models. But anyone willing to pay $3,000 (305,039 rubles) for such a device will be able to experiment with neural networks.

Electronic assistant G-Assist
G-Assist is a program based on the already mentioned NVIDIA ACE technology that helps you manage your computer. It will tell you how to achieve maximum performance in games and allow you to manage applications and peripherals, such as a printer and scanner. Commands are given via both text and speech. Access to G-Assist capabilities will open in February.

New video cards from AMD
AMD showed off the Radeon RX 9070 and RX 9070 XT graphics cards, which focus on improved ray tracing performance, computer optimization and encoding quality. You can also note the FSR 4 scale technology, which turned out to be an analogue of NVIDIA’s DLSS, and support for artificial intelligence to improve image quality.

Samsung stretchable screen
With this special device you can create a 3D effect without glasses. Admittedly, the result looks strange. But for now, we only have a concept of a technology that Samsung’s partners will likely use.

Transparent monitor from Samsung
Perhaps transparent displays will become commonplace in the near future, but for now they are seen as devices from science fiction movies. According to Samsung representatives, their monitor offers the brightness of OLED screens.

TCL AI Me robot
This computer resembles baby Grogu from “The Mandalorian” series, which moves in a special egg-shaped capsule. Some people call him cute, others call him creepy. The robot’s features are standard: a voice assistant that uses artificial intelligence and video recording.

Lockly Styla Edition
A door handle with a built-in computer that can perform smart home functions. It has a built-in video camera, night vision function and an integrated fingerprint reader. Works for 10 months without charging.

Future immersive entertainment concept from Sony
The games room of the future, where everything is there for a complete immersion in the game. Here, instead of a conventional screen, LED panels are combined with surround sound, transmission of tactile sensations and smells. Most likely, such buildings will appear in entertainment centers.

Classic monitors and TVs seen at CES 2025
- Samsung TheFrame Pro. An improved version of The Frame TV, which can display paintings or other images in standby mode. The new product has a Samsung Neo QLED display and LED backlight;
- LG6K (32U990A). Ultra-thin monitor with 6K resolution. It’s Thunderbolt 5 compatible, so it supports all the essential features of Macs with M4 Pro chips;
- Dell 32 Plus 4K QD OLED. The main feature of this monitor is directional sound. Your head position is tracked using artificial intelligence and the audio signal is then routed to ensure you always get surround sound.

The exhibition lasts until January 10. The material is being updated….
