Heart of Chernobyl – how to get it

The point of no return in the game is the beginning of the quest “War Mole”. From the moment the mission begins, you will block access to the rest of the Zone and automatically complete all side missions listed in the diary. The three main missions that appear in Stalker 2’s endings:

In this ending, Strelok takes control of the Zone and becomes its rightful owner. To reach this ending, you will have to make some important decisions throughout the game.

The first important decision awaits you during the mission. “Subtle Matter”. The moment Scar catches you using the visiograph at the Orbit station, select the option “Life is given to the living”. This action will be the first step towards control of the Zone.

The next step to obtain this ending is to complete the Dangerous Liaisons mission. When Korshunov catches the hero, select “Escape”to avoid getting a different ending. This choice prevents the development of an alternative scenario and opens the way to the desired result.

And the last, most important choice you will face during the mission “The Last Wish”. When you get to the Red Forest location, kill the doctor you encounter. This step completes a series of important decisions that will lead to the desired ending, with your choices ultimately playing a decisive role in the fate of the Zone. This moment will be the culmination of your journey and completes the chain of events you have carefully constructed throughout the game.

This ending is perhaps the darkest, as achieving it will lead to the eternal destruction of the Zone. To achieve this end, you must support the Varta group, or rather Korshunov.

Complete the story quest “Subtle Matter”you must select the option again “Life is given to the living”. However, in the mission “Dangerous Relationships”whatever we mentioned before, you need to select the answer “I’m Not Your Enemy”. This decision will play a key role, as it will lead to Korshunov joining the group, which will open the way to the final in which the Zone will be destroyed.

In this ending, Skif becomes the rightful owner of the Zone. To reach this ending you will have to follow the choices associated with the Gunslinger endings, but at the end you will have to choose a different path, which will provide an alternative development of events.

Go through the story quest again “Subtle Matter”select item “Life is given to the living”. Then into the task “Dangerous Relationships”when the head of “Varta” catches you, run awayto avoid getting a different ending. Finally, in the Red Forest, when you meet the Doctor, select “Lower the Weapon”. These sequential choices lead you to your desired ending, altering the course of events and revealing a unique outcome.

In this ending, Scar enters the capsule, creating a fairytale scenario in which the Zone is seen in a more positive light. She turns into an idealized version of the city, contrasting her usual hostile self. Follow these steps to reach this ending.

On a mission “Subtle Matter” select an answer “Eternal Spring”if Scar catches you at the station. Then, in the episode “Dangerous Relationships”select item “Escape”when the hero is overtaken by Korshunov.
