FromSoftware studio has already started actively working on new games, judging by the recent hiring. Insider and data miner Kurakasis, who previously spoke about the new Mafia and mobile Destiny have shared some details about the studio’s next project.
He revealed this before the release Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree the company was already working on a certain game codenamed CL. The dataminer noted that this is most likely an abbreviation of the name. For example, Elden Ring was called Great Rune, but was only referred to in the files by the combination GR.
FromSoftware itself has not yet hinted at what the next project can expect. Fans hope that the studio will return to old series such as Bloodborne or armored core.
