During the Tokyo Games Show 2024, our publication interviewed Alexander Kudishov, executive producer of ESDigital Games, who revealed some interesting details about the sci-fi action Steel seed.
Here is a summary of what has been revealed about the project:
- In terms of gameplay, the game is a mix of the Tomb Raider and Uncharted series, only in a sci-fi setting;
- The main character, Zoe, is helped throughout the passage by assistant drone Coby, who is as important as R2D2 for Luke Skywalker;
- The player can directly control the drone, which can be used to hack terminals and open doors;
- You can upgrade not only the main character’s skills, but also the drone’s skills;
- The gameplay features include a wide variability. For example, you can complete the game in different ways, killing everyone in your path, or using stealth mechanics;
- There will be many types of enemies and bosses in the game;
- Five people are working on the project. The game is classified as Class AA.
It is notable that gamers can now try Steel Seed for free by downloading a demo version on Steam.
