Developers Titan Quest 2 has shared images of the in-game race, the Ichthyans, and promises to reveal more about them in a future game. They also showed concept art of weapons, armor and settlements.
As the authors of Titan Quest 2 said, fish people will become the first opponents for players. In addition, their story was expanded with hints about the origins of the breed.
The following types of Ichthyan enemies will be encountered in the game:
- The Soldier is a lightly armored warrior with a spear that can attack from afar or up close;
- Wizard – increases your party’s damage, heals allies and restores health itself;
- The Hunter is an agile warrior with a heavy spear and a net that can slow the player down;
- The Beast is an armored fighter with a two-handed mace that can create a shockwave and a dash.
According to the developers, the Ichthians will attack in small squads, skillfully combining each other’s skills. Players will have to think about tactics before taking on a group of opponents.
In addition to models of ichthyans, the authors of Titan Quest 2 showed settlements of fish people, concepts of clothing and weapons.
The game is scheduled for release in 2024. The project will be released on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S with official Russian localization.
Previously, the developers showed screenshots of buildings and art from the future game.
