Where can you find eggs in Palworld?
Regardless of rarity and properties, eggs can be found in the open world and remote corners. You can easily include them in your inventory. Usually eggs are found on cliffs and rocks, which are not so easy to reach.
You can also breed at the base, but this requires level 19. We will discuss the detailed mechanisms below.
Eggs are divided by size: normal, big and huge. The latter are extremely rare, but the former are relatively easy to collect.
Types of eggs
As we wrote above, eggs vary in size. The more, the rarer Pal will be. However, there is another distinction based on properties:
- Normal egg – neutral type of Palov, like Lyutovoy.
- Wet egg – Water fires, such as Selarai.
- Dark egg – Torrid darkness, like the Daedrim.
- Dragon egg – Dragon-like fires like Relasaurus.
- Electric egg – electric friends, like Sparkit.
- Frozen egg -Icy fires like Chille.
- Rocky egg – ground-type friends, like Hanyu.
- Searing egg — Fire-like flames.
- Green egg – Grassy buddies like Capriti.
Why do you need an incubator?
Incubator – one of the technologies you can unlock at level 7 for 2 ancient technology points. You can earn them after defeating bosses. Costs to create an incubator:
- Palsium fragment – 10;
- Dust – 5;
- Stone – 30.
Once the incubator is installed, the egg found can be placed there. You will have to wait a few minutes for the egg to hatch.
How to speed up egg hatching
The ready timer depends on the size. Regular eggs hatch faster than large ones. However, this is not the only parameter. When the egg is inside, you will see one of the inscriptions:
- Very comfortable conditions;
- Kinda cool;
- A little hot.
The less suitable the conditions in the incubator are for a particular egg, the longer it will take for Pal to hatch. The bonus hatch time for an animal under very comfortable conditions is usually 100%.
To adjust the temperature, you need to make several incubators. One should be in the house or near the fire (for those who want to be warmer), the second on the street, away from sources of light and heat. As you level up, you also unlock recipes for heating and cooler. This makes it easier to adjust the temperature, but does require the correct Pals on the base for cooling and heating.
How to check the desired Palov in eggs
At level 19 you unlock the Rendezvous Pasture recipe. This is a place where you can place friends of different genders but of the same species. After some time you will receive an egg with guaranteed fire of the desired breed and with higher properties. For grazing dates you need:
- Wood – 100;
- Stone – 20;
- Fiber – 50.
