Of course, you can always replace a sick one with another, similar one, but rare animals like bosses are best treated immediately. Every few days your camp is attacked by various creatures – from poachers to high-level fires, so your pets are sure to get hurt. However, it is important to know which diseases can be treated without medication and which require medical intervention.
What are the types of wounds and how can you revive a fallen one?
If after the next attack some of the tamed creatures are injured, simply place them in a container for Pals or send them to a bed for Pals to rest. After some time the animal will regain its strength and the wound will disappear on its own. There are several types of such injuries:
- Minor injury;
- Serious injury.
We recommend placing the pala in a container and waiting a while. This way you will not only get rid of the wound, but also restore the creature’s sanity and also remove its status “Exhausted”.
Remark: Other conditions marked in purple cannot be cured with this method!
How to cure colds and joints
To craft all the medicine in the game, gamers must first reach hero level 12 and open the blueprint “Medieval apothecary table” in the ‘Technology’ section. To make it you will need:
- Wood (30);
- Nagel (5);
- Palsium shard (10).
From now on you can produce various means useful for the treatment of animals.
Palworld has a strange distribution of drugs by disease, but you have to go with what you have. You can cure colds and joints with one medicine: “Low quality medicines”.
Remark: Almost all medicines can be purchased from traveling merchants for gold. However, it is much easier and cheaper to make them yourself on the base.
If there are no problems with the berries, the horn can be obtained for catching or killing some hills:
- Capriti;
- Iktirdir;
- Incineration installations;
- Incineres Noct;
- Arsox;
- Univolt.
There are probably other creatures you can get a horn from, but these will suffice at first.
How to heal ulcers, fractures and dislocations

How to give medicine to Palu
Pala medicines are consumed in the same way as regular food. If an injured or sick creature is working at the base, simply go to it, press the number “4” on the keyboard and select “Feed”. Give the solution to the animal and the status will disappear immediately.
You can also drag the friend into your inventory, then right-click on the medicine and select the creature you want.
What types of fires know how to make medicine?
Making medicine is a long process, so you may need help with this difficult task. We recommend that you do not leave him on base as an employee, but rather have him with you. If you need it, just release the friend at the pharmacist’s desk and wait for him to finish work.
Suitable for making medicines:
- Lifmank — a starting animal, which you receive at the very beginning of the game;
- Bristles – occurs in forests and often has a high content. Knows how to sow seeds, harvest crops and work with hands;
- Sinnamos – lives in mountainous areas, knows how to plant crops and make medicines;
- Robinville;
- Lovander – a very useful creature that will often attack your camp in herds;
- Petalia;
- Felbat – a boss who lives in the northwestern part of the map. In addition to the production of medicines, it can become your indispensable companion.
