Headlight Studio continues to share gameplay footage from its post-apocalyptic open-world survival simulator Rooted. The developers reported that the video shown shows alpha version 1.0.

In the new video, you can watch two characters explore an abandoned wooden shed, interact with objects and collect various loot. In addition, a change in camera image was also demonstrated. You can play in third person or first person mode.
The main action of Rooted takes place in 2100. A germ war has occurred in the world, causing human civilization to collapse and forcing the survivors to wander the ruins in search of valuable supplies.
The game has a single-player mode and online multiplayer. The developers promise an advanced building system, item crafting, skill leveling, as well as a ‘living’ open world that will change as you progress.
“Explore a vast world that changes with your actions. Over time you’ll gain access to new areas, new items, and new crafting options. Major events will impact the world and bring new challenges for you and your friends.”says the description.
The release date for Rooted hasn’t been announced yet, but there is a page on Steam.
