How to participate in the beautiful Arataki Grand Drum Festival event?
To participate in the event you must meet a number of conditions:
- Reach Adventure Rank 30.
- Complete the “Escape from the Island of Rito” quest in the Archons’ task “An Immutable God and an Eternal Utopia. Part 2, Chapter 1”.
If all the conditions are met, open the event log and click “Accept invitation”
Go to Rito Island in Inazuma and talk to the guard in the plaza. He will tell you that an unauthorized event will be held on the neighboring island of Amakane.
Here you will also find a guard who will send you to a nearby island. After a long conversation with Arataki Itto, you can start taking the tests.
How to play the drum. Rules of the game
First you need to calibrate the delay. Talk to Ganta for this. You can set a standard or long delay for your convenience. Keep in mind that on the maximum difficulty, notes appear very quickly, so it’s important not to ignore this item.
You can return to calibration at any time. Just open the events menu and select “Settings”. Here you can also change the rate at which notes fall. Keep in mind that the default speed is one (1), so you can only increase it, which we highly recommend not doing.
The rules of the game are quite simple. During the test, multicolored notes appear on the screen:
- Yellow – you need to press the corresponding key in time when the note is next to it;
- Purple – hold the specified button and release when the note disappears.
The more correct notes you activate in a row, the better the overall combination and final score will be.
As with other seasonal events, you can get all the rewards at once by successfully completing the challenge on Expert difficulty. In this case, you do not have to spend time completing tasks with a low difficulty.
How and why to edit compositions
The game offers the possibility to edit existing compositions, embed them in an existing score and share your compositions with other players.
To do this, open the event window and select Edit Composition. To start recording, click the Play button at the top of the screen. Press the keys to record new notes. At the end, you can try out your composition by clicking on the “Test Game” item.
Select Menu – Import to embed a score into an existing score. It is worth noting that in this case the progress of passing the test will be changed.
You also have the right to share your work. To do this, also select “Menu” – “Save”. Once saved, a Share button will appear.
Complete the Summer Night Flowers challenge and claim all the rewards
We recommend that you start the test on the maximum difficulty setting, as this will save time on completing previous tasks.
The test is quite simple, so you should have no problems passing. Remember, all you need to do is complete the task and reach the Gentle ranks to get all the rewards. Even if the first attempt fails, you can try again.
