A new free distribution of the game has started for Steam. This time gamers can pick up a Russian survival game with horror elements and an open world called Desolate, developed by Nearga studio.
The game can be picked up on Fanatical’s website (in the Russian Federation you’ll need a VPN to access the site). The competition lasts exactly one week, until December 14.
The main action takes place in an alternate version of the USSR, namely on the island of Granichny, where a large-scale disaster occurred. The New World Conglomerate has decided to classify information about what happened, but a group of volunteers goes there to find out the truth.
During the passage, gamers will have to fight against mutants and armed people, improve their skills, create weapons and equipment, and also reveal the secrets of the in-game setting. The game has both a single player and a co-op mode.
“The player will volunteer to explore a world full of monsters, anomalies and unpredictable weather conditions, alone or in a team of four.”says the description.
