All the famous GTA 6 characters we saw in the trailer

Lucia is one of the central characters of the sixth part of GTA and the first female character in the entire history of the series. She is Latina, just paroled from prison and in a relationship with Jason, with whom they form an interesting criminal tandem in the style of ‘Bonnie and Clyde’.

In the trailer, Jason is shown as Lucia’s lover and her reliable partner, always ready to cover her behind. In almost every scene in which Lucia appears, Jason is also there: driving or walking behind the girl. The only exception is the sensual scene in bed, but here they are together.

Lucia’s director

The second character (after Lucia herself) to be entrusted with her line in the trailer. Most likely, we will see her at the beginning of the game, but it is too early to talk about the meaning of the role of this character.

Man with dreadlocks

We can only assume its importance based on the fact that it was given a fairly large amount of time in the trailer. Additionally, close-ups usually emphasize characters important to the game. And since Jason and Lucia are closely tied to the crime, it’s easy to assume this is their next “partner” (or vice versa).

Posing girl

Here the situation is similar to the previous point. It is possible that this is the girlfriend of one of the main characters, because the photo was clearly taken at some kind of party – therefore the hero somehow got there, and of course legally, since everyone continues to rest. Considering how much attention this girl has already attracted, there’s a very good chance we’ll see her in a major role upon release.

Everyone else we saw in the frame seemed like rather minor characters or, more simply, NPCs. We may be wrong about this, but this won’t be confirmed or denied until the next trailers.

Rockstar quite seriously added scenes to the trailer with a criminal arrested in 2017 who is somewhat reminiscent of the Joker, a crazy woman with two hammers who wanted to destroy her neighbor’s car, an alligator in a Walmart store, a crocodile in a swimming pool, a Latina girl in a car, a naked man in a parking lot, another working on his lawn, and a man taking pictures of his girlfriend. There will probably be many more such references in the game itself.

Some names were mentioned in the 2022 leaks, but it is unknown if these characters appeared (at least briefly) in the trailer or if they will be shown in the future:

Additionally, since the game is set in Vice City, it would be strange not to expect the appearance of the beloved Tommy Vercetti. Granted, there’s no information on that yet, but Rockstar is probably aware that all players are expecting such an Easter egg from them – or a whole cameo.
