New development for the game The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt with Geralt, Ciri and Yennefer is already available for free download. The mod’s author has put a few frames online so that players can evaluate Ciri’s scar before installing it. The developer also noted that he had created several versions of the scar. Players who have already been able to rate the new change praised the author in the comments for his love of the book canon. At the same time, gamers also added that the author still has room to grow as the scar doesn’t look very natural in some places. It is worth noting that Ciri is not the only hero of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, whose appearance is often changed by enthusiasts. Yennefer and Geralt, as well as Triss, are also often changed.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt was released in 2015. An updated version with new graphics is due for release in late 2022 for the PS5 and Xbox Series S|X consoles, as well as for PC. The Witcher 4 game is also in development.
