Spiderbots are collectibles Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, which you collect throughout the game. Unlike other secondary tasks, the location of the spiderbots is not shown on the map, and besides, there are most of them in the game. In this guide, we’ve described where each spiderbot is located to make your search easier.
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Guides
How many spiderbots are there in the game and why are they needed?

There are a total of 42 bots in the game, spread across different parts of New York. The good news is that when you open the map, you can always see how many there are in a given area and how many you have already found. As a reward you will receive 150 experience points and 100 parts for each. This task is a reference to the Miles Morales cartoons, but you won’t learn about this until the end.
How to search for spiderbots
You cannot start searching right away. Wait for Ganka to call about a strange signal. This happens in the mandatory mission “Spy Spider?” in the first act, that is, quite early. An entire section will immediately open in the menu, conveniently displaying all bots found and the number of bots remaining.

To avoid missing robots, focus on the signal they send. In addition to the specific sound, you will also see it in the shape of a large translucent ball, similar to a soap bubble.
Such balls are visible from quite a distance and the bots themselves glow pink. The problem is that the signal appears and disappears, and the bots themselves don’t appear on the map, so they’re quite easy to miss.
Most often, robots sit on the walls of houses or roofs, but some simply hang in the air – they are the most difficult to deal with.

There is a way to simplify your search. To do this, upgrade the costume development branch “Movement” to capacity “Omnivision”. The description states that boxes of parts will be shown on the minimap, but more importantly, the spiderbots will also become visible. Unfortunately, this doesn’t apply to the city map as a whole, but it does help you not miss the robot when it’s hanging in space and you’re flying on the track below.
The second tip is to try not to travel too fast. As you progress through the game, you will visit all available areas of New York and collect the most bots along the way. Fast movements deprive you of this opportunity, so move alone as often as possible.
It is especially effective for flying at high altitudes. This way you can immediately see some bots from a distance that are hidden when you fly between buildings on the web.
All the spiderbots in Central Park

Spider Man 1602

There are several rocks closer to the center of the park. Look for the building on the right side of the park. The rocks will be a little lower.
Iron spider

In the northern part of the park, on the left, look for a tunnel that allows cars to pass under the green area. The spiderbot is located on the inside of one of the arches. Please note that this road is not on the general map. It only appears on the minimap.
All spiderbots in Williamsburg

Look for a tall silver building with satellite dishes on the roof. It is located in the northern part of the area, west of a small park. A robot crawls on one side of the building.

In the same area, go south. The spiderbot floats in the sky above the skyscrapers, so find the tallest building and float on its wings. You will see it immediately.
All spiderbots in the financial district

Visit the part of the area between the two bridges. The Spiderbot will be placed next to the long fire escape of one of the gray buildings.

Search for a campsite near Greenwich. Your point of reference is a woman’s graffiti with twenty-sided cubes drawn on it. A bone crawls on one of the corners of the cube.

The spiderbot is waiting for you on the wall between two buildings – orange and gray. The first is much higher than the second. Spiderbot on a gray wall.
Mister negative

The bot is in the air near the bridge to Williamsburg. While in Chinatown, look at the bridge and look to your right.

YYY

You need to find graffiti with the image of Jonah Jameson. It is located in the northern part of the area and is painted on almost the entire wall of the house. A bot crawls over graffiti.

In the far northwestern part of the area you will find a building labeled ‘Modern Art’. Approach from the river and go under the canopy of large rectangular columns. Bone on the ceiling.
All the spiderbots in Harlem

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse

Keep to the right of Central Park and enter Harlem, just past the upper right corner of the Greenway. Find two large buildings that look like squares. There is a narrow alley in between. The bot is on the wall of the right building in this alley.

Just below the cemetery, located in the northern part of Harlem, there is a park between the houses. Relative to the entire region, it is located in the west. On one of the buildings there is large graffiti with a book and an African-American woman. Bone on it.

In the southwestern part of the area there is a park with a large building in the middle. This building has a white dome and many columns. Go to the ground and walk around it to find a bone.
All spiderbots from Little Odessa

Crimson spider

There are two large pipelines in the northeastern part of the area. Blunt on one of them.
Spider-Man vs. Electro

Stay on the eastern edge of the area and head south. You should find a construction site and an impressive building. The spiderbot will be placed on one of the walls, covered with scaffolding.
Black Cat – Noir

Go to the western edge of the area, approximately in the center, there is a very tall skyscraper on the riverbank. Walk up the building and you will see a balcony with an outdoor pool. There will also be a garden shed with a wooden roof. Bone on it.
All Midtown spider bots

In the southernmost part of the area there is a large park approximately in the middle. You should stand slightly to his right. Find a tall white building with brown window coverings. There’s a bone on the wall, almost under the roof.

Just north of where you found the previous bot is the Empire State Building. The bot is on the wall below the observation deck, almost at the top.

In the northeastern part of the area there is a large road with trees. Follow this from north to south and you will see a large building with a sloping triangular roof. There is a lot of glass or solar panels on it. You need to jump onto the wall on the other side of the ramp to reveal the bot.
All the spiderbots on the Upper East Side

Arachnid Junior

You need to go to the lower left corner of the area (southwest). Look for a skyscraper that is made entirely of glass and has a large balcony. From this balcony you look at the top of the building and you see a bone on the wall.
Spider-Man Noir

The second bone is located a little higher than the previous one and closer to the center. Finding it is not that easy, as the bot is located on the wall of an inconspicuous brick building. Use Avengers Tower as a reference point. From there you need to go west.
Spider Armor MK III

There is one big street that runs through the entire Upper East Side. You need the northern part. Note the buildings to the east, almost at the edge of the area. Look for the billboard located on the corner of the roof.
All the spiderbots on the Upper West Side

In the southeast (bottom right), look for a street that runs diagonally and starts at Central Park. Almost from the very beginning you need to go a little north. The skyscraper is on the border with a green area. On top of that is a large rectangular black roof that resembles an extra box. There is a bone on the wall of this building.

In the lower left corner of the area is a large gray skyscraper. The lower parts of the windows are gray or dark gray, and the upper parts are simply dark. There is a bone on one of the walls under the roof.
Secret Wars

The Upper West Side is another neighborhood that has a main street running through it downtown. In the northern part there is a large courtyard on the left (west). Inside you will find a long building. It is gray on the bottom and then brown. The bot is at the top.
All the spiderbots in Hell’s Kitchen

Again, find a street that divides the area into almost equal halves. At the very bottom (south), lean slightly to the right. The building you need is between the main street and the lower right corner. You need a church. There are several in this area: a large one and a smaller one. Let’s go to the last one. Enter the alley at the back of the building. There is a spiderbot hanging on the wall of the church.

Find the center at the western edge of the area. There are three large smoking chimneys there. There’s a bone on one of them.

The bot is hanging in the air almost in the middle of the area. It is impossible to get there from Hell’s Kitchen, so the easiest way is to find a high-rise in the adjacent Midtown area. With the help of air currents and wings you can immediately pick up the robot.
Future Fund

There is one tall skyscraper in the upper right corner of the area (northeast). It has a regular square shape and widens towards the top. On the roof of the building there is a round tower that starts from the wall and goes up. If you climb all the way to the top, it turns out that this is the base of the Fantastic Four. The high-rise buildings attract attention and are therefore not missed. There is a bone on the wall behind the tower.
What is the reward for finding all the spiderbots?

Once you have all the bots, Ganky will call. He will give you the coordinates. Once you reach the place, you will see a cutscene with a reference to the “Web of Universes”. After the video you will receive 1000 experience points and 400 parts.
