FromSoftware’s Elden Ring has proven to be quite popular in the cosplay world. Recently, Maria Davydova, better known as Lady Melamori, brought the statue of Malenia to life. This red-haired girl is the hardest boss in the game. She knows how to restore lost health through successful attacks, so the main thing in a fight with her is not to miss blows. And this is not easy to do, especially in the second stage of the battle.

Lita from the ElfQuest comic series by Anna Shakhovskaya
ElfQuest is a graphic novel series published since 1978. It is designed for an adult audience, because the plot deals with complex topics, and the heroes and heroines do not hesitate to indulge in love pleasure. The elf Lita plays an important role in the main plot. She acts as a healer who carefully cares for the inhabitants of her native village. Anna Shakhovskaya made her cosplay. We devoted a feature article to this girl and conducted a video interview with her.

As a kid I read ElfQuest comics and my favorite heroine was Lyta. So it was only a matter of time before she got into cosplay. I know the universe inside and out, so when it came to cosplay I took into account all the nuances, from four-fingered hands and pointy ears to the smallest elements of the costume, facial expressions and poses.
For me, childhood memories are a great source of inspiration. I would like it if someone gets a feeling of nostalgia when they look at my work.

Ashley Graham from Resident Evil 4 Remake by Liz Joestar
Since we touched on Ashley Graham’s image, it’s worth showing her cosplay as well. A striking example is the work of Liz Joestar. Let us remind you of that in story mode In Resident Evil 4 you can play as the president’s daughter. Moreover, this episode turned out to be even more atmospheric in the recent remake than in original from 2005.
When I was cosplaying as Ada Wong, followers started asking me to use Ashley’s character. They wanted to see the contrast between the two heroines in my performance. I thought about it and agreed.
Jinx from the animated series “Arcane” by Liskimo
At the beginning of September it was announced that the second season of the animated series Arcane will be released in the winter of 2024. It will continue the story of Jinx, Vi and Caitlin. The image of the insane criminal from the slums of Zauna was brought to life by Liskimo.
I started playing League of Legends way back in 2017. Around the same time, cosplay became my hobby. Admittedly, I have created original images that are not associated with specific characters. I wanted to find a heroine that I really liked. And it turned out to be Jinx. It was love at first sight! I studied everything related to it: watched videos, downloaded art, and read various fanfictions.
In 2018 the suit was ready and I realized that it suited me. That’s when my performances at festivals and my first photo shoots started. Over the past five years, I have continuously improved my skills and redesigned Jinx’s outfits several times.
This heroine turned out to be a character close to me in character. I perfectly understand why she became such a crazy, but at the same time incredibly sad girl. In her image I feel like myself. Moreover, the image of Jinx suggests a slight madness, which means that no one judges me when I actively have fun or do strange things at festivals.

Lola Bunny from the movie “Space Jam” by Roksolana Riedel
Bugs Bunny’s friend Lola made her debut in the movie Space Jam. After that, she appeared in many Looney Tunes animated films. Many viewers consider this anthropomorphic rabbit to be one of the most desirable cartoons of all time. It is a pity that this opinion is not shared by the authors of the second “Space Jam” (Space Jam: A New Legacy). They dressed Lola in shapeless clothes and robbed her of her sexuality. The fans were furious and did not go to the cinema to see the film. As a result, it failed miserably at the box office. Miss Bunny cosplay was done by Roksolana Riedel.

It’s no secret that I’ve loved fighting games since I was a kid. And Kitana is one of my favorite heroines. I already cosplayed as the Edenian princess from Mortal Kombat 11, and now I decided to turn to the classic image from the third part.
