On June 21, Nintendo Direct 2023 took place, an annual conference that focuses on the future of games for the Switch hybrid console. We are talking about both exclusive and multiplatform. In this article, we talked about the highlights of the event.
The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero add-on for Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet
The last two games in the Pokemon series are receiving DLC called The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero, which will add a new location to explore. Addon release for Pokemon Scarlet will be released in the fall and before Pokemon Violet – Winter 2023.

Sonic superstars
They showed the gameplay video of the platform game Sonic Superstars. The game resembles the first parts of the series, which were released on the Sega Mega Drive consoles, but only with improved graphics. The project will be launched this fall.

In the 90s there was a real console war between SEGA and Nintendo. And today Sonic games are coming to Switch and other devices from the big N.
Palia
Shareware MMORPG, created in the setting of cartoon fantasy. Outwardly, the game seems barely perceptible Genshin effect. Release at the end of 2023.

Persona 5 Tactics
Spin off fifth part of the Persona series, made in the genre of tactical strategy. You will meet all the familiar characters, including the Joker and Ann Takamaki. The game comes out on November 17.

Direct sequel to the game Detective Pikachu 2018. Both games are action-packed detective quests set in the Pokemon universe. The second part of this series will be released on October 6.

Super Mario RPG
redo project of the same name, which was released on the SNES console in 1996. We are waiting for a role-playing game with turn-based combat. Released November 17, 2023.

Batman: Arkham trilogy
Great Batman games are coming to Nintendo Switch Arkham Asylum, Arkham City and Arkham Knight. The Arkham Trilogy is worth waiting for this fall.

The games in the Batman Arkham series have barely aged over the years. Going through it is much more interesting than, say, modern Gotham knights.
Gloomhaven
Another game available on PC is coming to the Nintendo Hybrid Console. Gloomhaven is a tactical strategy game with turn-based combat. It will be released on the Switch on September 18.

Just Dance 2024 Edition
The most famous dance simulator in the game will visit the Nintendo Switch. Joy-Cons are used as controllers, which are attached to the wrists. The project will be released in October this year.

Fae farm
Farm simulator in the spirit of the classic Stardew Valley visits Switch on October 8.

Manic mechanics
A set of mechanical puzzles focused on cooperative play. Not a bad option for parties with people who like to exercise their brains. Release July 13.

Vampire survivors
The indirectly controlled pixel action game that broke the record on Steam will also be released on Nintendo Switch on August 17th this year.

Picmin 4
They showed a new video of a hybrid of strategy and puzzle Pikmin 4. The game promises to keep the dignity early games in the series and adding new mechanics such as the ability to freeze bodies of water to create makeshift bridges. The release will take place on July 21.

Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol 1
