After accusations of constant crunches, CD Projekt RED decided to seriously rethink its approach to the organization of work. Today the company announcedmoving to a more flexible work model: employees can now decide for themselves whether to go to the office or do business from home.
According to CDPR, such an opportunity makes it easy for you to tailor work to fit your lifestyle. Apparently the team should be very happy: During the “remote work” pandemic, many did not really want to go back to the office.

Earlier it was announced that CD Projekt will consider letting employees go on paid “menstrual leave”. This practice already works in the GOG team.
Now CD Projekt RED is working on a new part of “The Witcher.” Game director of the game Jason Slama has already promised that he will not allow crunches.
