The gameplay of the canceled version has been leaked to the public Dead Rising 5, developed under the Day of the Dead subtitle. The videos show builds from 2016 and 2017 shared by former Capcom Vancouver developer Nick Sinkewicz.
As you can see from the publication date, the videos were uploaded a few years ago, but only now publicly available. In the videos you can see the gameplay. In particular the gameplay for Chuck Green, known for Rise dead 2.
The character explores the Mexican jungle and fights against enemies. At the end of the video, he is confronted by a boss armed with a mechanical prosthetic arm that can deliver an electrical charge.
In the rest of the videos you will see locations that have not yet been supplemented with textures.
