Demo available on Steam Echoes of the Living – horror in the spirit of the first Resident Evil. The full version will be released in Q4 2023.
The authors recommend playing the demo on a gamepad with a frame rate of no more than 75 FPS. The developers warn that the demo has a bug where the main menu freezes (fixed by reboot), a save box issue (missing scrolling), and only 1 save slot. There are also no introductory videos. The release version promises to fix all of this.
Actions Echoes of the Living is set in 1996 in a small town in Northern Europe. According to the plot, one night a mysterious fog suddenly rose over the city and turned all the inhabitants into walking dead. The game has two main characters: Deputy Laurel and former SWAT officer Liam, who moved to the city to start a new life.
