Redditor BetaZX tried to show what it might look like The Witcher 3 if it had been made in Japan 30 years ago. To do this, the enthusiast created the famous scene with Priscilla’s concert in the style of old JPRGs, where the heroine sang the song “Tart gooseberries, sweet lilacs.”
The artist noted that he not only painted the scene, but also independently recorded a melody for it to convey the atmosphere of the games of the time.
This is the biggest job I’ve ever done. I made it in honor of my favorite moment in the game: Priscilla’s songs! I have tried to recreate as many details from the video as possible. It is based on a cutscene of an old generation game with a lot of repetitive NPCs. However, I hope you enjoy it!
