Independent developers from Saona Studios have released the gameplay of their upcoming game titled Death or Treat, which may remind many of the cult Hollow Knight.
The project belongs to the action genre with roguelike elements. Gamers expect 2D graphics, made in cartoon style. Unlike Hollow Knight, Death or Treat’s world won’t be as dark.
The main character is Scarecrow, owner of a Halloween candy factory. The character will have to travel to different locations in search of all kinds of improvements for his company. The hero is expected to fight against various enemies.
