The ability to activate gift codes only appears at the first level of prestige. In the early stages of leveling up a hero, you cannot enter a promo code to activate it.
To do this, click on the menu icon at the bottom right of the screen and select “Institutions” (Institutions).
In the window that opens, find the field where you can paste the received gift code. Do it and click the button “Redeem Code”.

Why didn’t the promo code work?
As we have already noted, gift codes can only be activated upon reaching a certain prestige level. To do this you need to complete missions, fight other characters and real players and also upgrade your hero. In this case, you will see a message when you try to enter the code “Your Prestige must be X+”.
In some cases you will also have to level the character. If you see a message “You must be level XX+”then you need to level up your hero first.
Message “Code DOES NOT exist” means you are trying to enter an invalid gift code. Please check the spelling of the promotional code and try again.
