Reportedly, the warehouse of original Ural brand spare parts is equipped with the latest technology and can handle everything from nuts to truck frames. The warehouse building was subjected to reinforcement of load-bearing structures and practically rebuilt.
There are now nine ports for receiving/shipping, new electricity networks, heating and ventilation, dock shelters, hydraulic leveling platforms and racking systems have been installed to store more than 5,000 pallet spaces and more than 25,000 spaces for plastic containers. There are eight electric stackers to work on multi-level racks.
Due to the separation of the zone of acceptance and dispatch of goods, it is possible to load and unload eight vehicles at the same time. A WMS warehouse management system was purchased and the most comfortable conditions were created for the employees. The new center is designed to take spare parts work for Ural trucks to a fundamentally different level.
