Videos are already appearing on the network showing how much FPS the game gives after updating on different PC builds.
For example, in the video below you can see how the project works on a PC with an Intel Core I5-10400F (2.9 GHz), 16 GB of DDR4 3200 MHz RAM and a “popular” NVIDIA GTX 1650 (4 GB) video card, which according to Steam is the most popular among gamers.

Here are the test results:
- 1080p and low settings – about 60-80 FPS;
- 1080p and medium settings – about 50-70 FPS;
- 1080p and high settings – about 45-55 FPS;
- 1080p and ultra settings – about 40-50 FPS;
- 1080p and highest settings (Ultimate+) around 33-40 FPS.

And here are the graphics of the next-gen version of the game (PC):
- Global lighting and diffused shadow using ray tracing;
- Ray tracing for reflections and shadows;
- Various modifications and related content that improve the graphics and increase the overall quality of the game (The Witcher 3 HD Reworked Project, HD Monsters Reworked, Immersive Real-time Cutscenes, Nitpicker’s Patch, and World Map Fixes);
- The texture resolution of many characters, including Geralt, Yennefer, Triss, Ciri, and Eredin, has been increased to 4K;
- All main characters, including Geralt, now cast high-resolution self-shadowing not only in cutscenes, but also throughout the game;
- Environmental improvements;
- Support for AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) 2.1 technology;
- Photo mode;
- Ability to pause the game while watching videos;
- Alternative camera;
- DLSS 3 support.

It is worth noting that this is not the whole list of innovations. The developers also brought new chips to the network functions and not only. A complete overview of all changes can be found here.

Recall that the network previously showed how ray tracing changed the graphics in the next-gen version of The Witcher 3. New STALKER 2 gameplay from The Game Awards – two whole seconds!
